Tim Broeker is the technical director and co-founder of Electric Citizen, a digital agency in Minneapolis, MN that focuses on the public sector. He has been building the web since 1994 and has deployed large, enterprise grade projects in more than 16 distinct content management systems. He has presented recently at Twin Cities DrupalCamp (2019), the MN Council of Nonprofits Technology Conference (2019), BadCamp (2018) and DrupalCon Nashville (2018).
